Automatic licensing (surveillance) of export and import of goods
Abstract
Practices of effective application of import surveillance are analyzed, including through the introduction of electronic systems, as well as monitoring of data on foreign trade statistics of goods which are under surveillance. The article deals with effective cases of import surveillance in the USA, the European Union and Turkey. Author discusses in detail, the possibilities and problems of applying import surveillance on the Eurasian Economic Union territory.
