Abstract
The article discusses the provisions of the new agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico the Agreement between the United States of America, United Mexican States and Canada, , known as the “CUSMA” (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement), which will replace the NAFTA agreement of 1994. The Author looked into the basic provisions of the new Treaty and analyzes changes from the previous version of the agreement. At the same time, a detailed article-by-article analysis of the new agreement and the correlation of provisions of the new agreement with the respected provisions of the NAFTA agreement is provided.
