Вызовы глобального регулирования международной цифровой торговли
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the main problems in the field of regulation of cross-border and international digital trade, the realization of the potential of which requires the search for new ways to develop international cooperation in the field of regulating foreign trade exchange, as well as reforming the regimes of international trade in services. Despite the fact that technology plays an important role in expanding digital commerce, various obstacles continue to stand in the way of its development. New ways are needed to overcome these obstacles if governments want to realize the full potential of the growing internationalization of their digital markets.
