Abstract

The article is devoted to the Agreement on Trade Facilitation (TFA) approved by the 9-th WTO Ministerial Conference and accepted inтDecember 2014 by the WTO General Council. The TFA is analyzed in detail including its significance for improvement of custom system of Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan as well as problems and difficulties related to implementation of the agreement in under the existing circumstances.
