The practice of subsidizing: some aspects of the WTO dispute settlement
Abstract
Аn overview of the evaluation of rules on subsidies and decisions taken in WTO disputes with respect to application of subsidies is presented. The application of support measures contingent upon requirement of establishment of an enterprise on a certain territory is analyzed using the example of US — Tax Incentives case. Some conclusions about the compliance of subsidies on production process where domestic goods used with the WTO rules are made.
