Abstract

The analysis of international experience and legal regulation of the turnover of warehouse certificates in the member States of the EEU, the directions of harmonization of national legislations of the member States provided by the relevant draft agreement within the framework of EEU, for the expansion of the use of warehouse certificates, ensuring their sustainable turnover and, as consequence, simplification and growth of mutual trade of member States of the EEU.
