Information for Authors
The submitted articles should be topical and genuine, the article text should reflect the research objectives, the key research results and conclusions. The author is responsible for proofreading of the article, the novelty of the research and the overall scientific quality of the research. The article should be formatted as follows.
Please submit the article by email at: tradepolicyjournal@hse.ru.
Please submit the article as a MS Word document (version 2003 or newer).
Preferred article size is 30 thousand characters (with spaces), approx.
Text format requirements:
· font — Times New Roman,
· font size — 12,
· Paragraph settings: line spacing — 1.5 lines, alignment — justified,
· Page numbers — at the top of the page,
· Margins: left — 2,5 cm, right — 1.5 cm, top— 1.5 cm, bottom — 1.5 cm. Please be advised that 2.5 cm ≈ 1 inch; 1.5 cm ≈ 0.6 inch
· Title of the article
The article title (both in English and in Russian) should be sufficiently demonstrative and should match the article contents.
The article should include brief information about the author(s) in English and in Russian:
· Given name, middle name (if applicable), family name (for each author),
· Academic degree, if applicable (for each author),
· Academic rank, if applicable (for each author),
· Position, if applicable (for each author),
· Organization name, address, including zip-code (for each author),
· email (for each author).
The article should include an abstract in English and in Russian (approx. 200-300 words).
The abstract should be sufficiently informative and systemized as to reflect the key points and logic of the article. The abstract should indicate: the research subject, the research objective(s), the research results and conclusions, their scope of their application. The annotation should NOT include the article title.
The abstract should include keywords (6–10, separated by semicolon) in English and in Russian.
Article text requirements:
We encourage the authors to describe the innovative research methods or established research methods if they are crucial for understanding the research results and conclusions.
We encourage the authors to describe the data sources and data processing techniques for the research based on factual analysis.
We encourage the authors to provide a detailed explanation of the research theoretical and applied results and conclusions, descriptions of the data used, the detected causalities, correlations, trends, patterns, etc. The long-term, enduring results, discovered new phenomena, verification of theories and hypotheses, applied research are among the topics of major interests for the submitted articles.
The submitted articles may include description of recommendations and suggestions, estimates, hypotheses, etc.
Please avoid unnecessary locutions and insufficiently informative phrases in the article text and especially in the abstract.
Please, wisely limit the description of historical background, well-known facts, earlier studies, etc.
Please, carefully proofread the article, use the established scientific terms and definitions, avoid excessively complicated phrases that may impair the article readability.
Object format requirements:
Please use MS Equation editor for formulas. Font style: regular for functions, Latin, Cyrillic, Greek letters in formulas; italic for variables/arguments (e.g. "cos a", "sin b", "min(a,b,c)", "max(a,b…z)". Please, caption formulas/expressions, you may either maintain continuous numbering within the article, or restart numbering within each article part (include in the latter case the numbering should include the article part number and formula number within the part, the said numbers should be separated with a dot).
Please, use figures, illustrations, charts, etc. designed with the MS Word and/or MS Excel. Vector graphic files of *.wmf or *.cdr v.10 are acceptable. Photographs of TIF or JPEG formats (resolution 300 dpi or higher) are acceptable. Please include the reference to the illustration within the text of the article essentially above the illustration. Please caption the figures and maintain continuous numbering within the article.

Please, follow the SCOPUS requirements (see attached files) for references with respect to the sources’/publications’ details in English. Please provide full references for foreign sources/publications. You may find useful the www.Translit.ru service to convert the sources’/publications’ details from Russian into English. Please follow the GOST 7.0.5-2008. Bibliographic reference (see attached files) requirements for references with respect to the sources’/publications ‘details in Russian.

The allocation of full-text articles on the journal's website is subject to the license agreement on the copyright transfer.
The publication of articles is free of charge.
