Key trends of development of governmental support of agriculture in the world and Euroasian Economic Union

Abstract

Analyses of the WTO and EAEU members notifications brought to conclusions about tendencies in their state support of agriculture. It is demonstrated that in countries, being world leaders in agricultural production, the main tendencies are: stable grow of “green box” measures comparing with “amber box”, traditionally bigger volumes of “green box”, gradual decrease of nonproductspecific support and move to subsidisation of particular product. State support systems in EAEU members on the contrary are oriented toward the use of “amber box” measures, mainly on the nonproduct-specific basis. Governments have just started to increase volume of non-distorting trade support measures.
